Step 6 – Revise

Many people confuse words that are pronounced identically or similarly, but have different spellings and meanings. Do not destroy your credibility by confusing words. The Appendix provides a long list of commonly misused words. Almost no one remembers all of these problematic words and their proper spelling, but you should read through the list to be aware of these words so you are prepared to revisit the list when using the words in the future.
