Compare Both Things in Every Paragraph
The whole point of these questions is that you write about both things together. It's about MAKING LINKS between them. If you tackle each point in the question in turn, it's like having your own ready-made essay plan.
You will need to make the effort to do a GOOD comparison
It might not come to you very easily, but it's not that hard. At least you often get to choose which stories or poems to compare — that's brilliant because you can pick the ones with lots you can write about.
