Expanding a Keyword Search

Many countries have an Independence Day. Do a keyword search for the exact phrase "Independence Day celebration Vietnam" using quotation marks. What happens? You don't get many hits because your search is very narrow. Now search for the exact phrase "Independence Day celebration." Type the word Vietnam outside of the quotation marks. You get more hits because this expands the search.
