Capitalization
When used as specific designations within an article, with or without numerals, capitalize the singular and plural forms of the words Table, Figure, Box (as well as their online-only equivalents), and Supplement.

Do not capitalize the following words, even when used as specific designators, unless used as part of a heading or title:
